How to get your JDMC report
A short guide to requesting your report with your Patient ID or Report ID and registered mobile number.

You do not need an account to get a JDMC report. To protect your privacy, reports are shared only with the mobile number registered at the centre.
What you will need
- Your Patient ID or Report ID, printed on your receipt
- The mobile number you gave at registration
Steps
- Open the Reports page and enter your Patient ID or Report ID
- Enter your registered mobile number and the patient’s name
- Send the request to JDMC on WhatsApp or by email
- The team shares the finalised report on your registered number
Reports are shared once they have been finalised by the reporting doctor. If you have questions, please call JDMC.
