When you book an appointment, request a report or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, mobile number, email address, age or date of birth, and any notes you choose to add.

When you request a report, we use your Patient ID or Report ID and registered mobile number to check that the report is shared only with you.

How we use it

We use this information to arrange and confirm appointments, respond to report requests and answer enquiries.

We do not sell personal information.

Health information

Medical reports and health information are held in JDMC’s clinical systems and are only shared after checking the patient’s registered details.

WhatsApp and email requests

When you send a booking or report request, it is delivered to JDMC through WhatsApp or email using the details you entered. This website does not store your request. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

This website does not take online payments.
