How it works

01Enter your Patient ID or Report ID and the mobile number you registered with.
02Send the request to JDMC on WhatsApp or by email.
03After checking your details, the team shares the finalised report on your registered number.

Reports are shared only with the registered mobile number, to protect your privacy.

How do I get my report?: Use the Reports page with the Patient ID or Report ID printed on your receipt and the mobile number registered at the centre. The team will share your report on that number once it is finalised.
I haven’t received my report. What should I do?: Reports are shared once they have been finalised by the reporting doctor. If you have been waiting longer than you were told at the centre, please call JDMC and the team will help you.
